"Minor cleaning job" can be used as often as you like: 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil followed by 2 Tablespoons of fresh lemon juice 1st thing in the morning. People report less constipation, less abdominal pain, and less hunger. This is good to do in the spring after a winter of less activity and a heavier diet your this helps your liver adjust. *Also good to do 3 weeks before your allergy season. For example start the 2nd week of September for October allergies.
Gallbladder Flush 2
This cleanse is done after experimenting with how your body reacts to the previous more gentle flush. It is beneficial to do a cleanse after years of eating a heavy diet or before embarking a food plan overhaul (a plan to lose weight). Also reportedly good for a history of gallbladder problems or damage done to the liver. Not everyone experiences a laxative effect but many do. Please plan on being near a restroom the following day. People often do this on a fri or sat night ( we all have different ideas on how to have a good time): Before bed drink three fourths of a cup of room temp. Olive oil, followed by one third of a cup of fresh lemon juice. Lie on your right side with left leg pulled up toward your body. This scrunches your liver and gallbladder encouraging the detox effect.
* It is not advisable to overdo this treatment even during a cleansing period. Once every 6 weeks is enough during a cleansing period. Otherwise, once every 6 months is great.
