AnnaPurna Chai
4 crushed cardomon pods
2 cinnamon sticks
1 slice of ginger one inch thick
3 cloves
3 whole black pepper pods ( optional for those who like milder spiced chai)
3 Tbl loose tea of your choice or 3 tea bags
2 cups hormone free milk
2 cups water
Bring to a boil for a full seconds,steep for 5 min. Strain and Enjoy.
EFA Flax Seed Crunchies
1/2 of flax seeds
1/4 of crushed walnuts
1/4 Pure Maple Syrup
Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Spread mixture onto lightly oiled cookie sheet.
Toast on low heat 225 for 15 minutes or till walnuts are golden as to not destroy the EFAs.
