Scrambled Tofu

1 package Firm tofu
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 cloves of garlic or equivalent form of garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp butter or ghee
1 tsp braggs liquid aminos or soy sauce

Discard water from tofu. Crumble tofu with hands until it resembles the texture of scrambled eggs. In a small fry pan saute spices in the butter or ghee until seeds pop. Add tofu and braggs or soy sauce, stir mixture until spices are mixed throughout. Reduce heat add cover for 5 minutes. Serve with veggie or chicken sausage.
